Adjustment
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
Glass Adjustment
Make sure that the glass run and channel for damage and replace them if necessary.
1.Remove the front door trim.(Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")
2.Remove the plug holes (A) from the front door module.
3.Loosen the bolts, adjust the gap by moving the glass (A) left and right, and then tighten the bolts.
Tightening torque :7.8 - 11.8 N·m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf·m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb·ft)
4.Check the glass for normal operation.
Striker Adjustment
1.Loosen the torque of the bolts (B), adjust the striker (A) by moving it from all direction and tighten bolts.
Tightening torque : 18.6 - 33.3 N·m (1.9 - 3.4 kgf·m, 13.7 - 24.6 lb·ft)
2.Check if the door is open or closed.
Door Adjustment
1.After parking the vehicle in a flat area, check that the gap between the door and the body is parallel.
2.After loosening the torque of the door hinge (A) bolts (B), adjust the door (C) by moving it up, down, left and right, and tighten the bolts.
Tightening torqueBolts (B) : 21.6 - 26.5 N·m (2.2 - 2.7 kgf·m, 15.9 - 19.5 lb·ft)
3.Check that the gap between the door and the body is parallel.
