Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
Front Door Window Glass
1.Remove the front door trim.(Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")
2.Remove the front door belt strips (A).[Inside belt strip]
3.Remove the hole plugs (A) from the front door module.
4.Lower the glass by operating the power window switch until the glass bolt is exposed in the plug hole.
5.Remove the front door window glass (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque :7.8 - 11.8 N·m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf·m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb·ft)
Front Door Window Glass Run
1.Remove the front door window glass.
2.Remove the front door frame garnish and molding.(Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Garnish and Molding)
3.Remove the front door glass run (A).
Installation

• Make sure that the glass opens / closes properly.
• Make sure that the glass run channel for damage and replace the damaged channel.
• Adjust the glass if necessary.
1.Install in the reverse order of removal.
