Component Location
1. Power Cable [Front High Voltage Junction Box - Battery System Assembly (BSA)]
2. Power Cable [Rear High Voltage Junction Box - Battery System Assembly (BSA)]
Removal
• When working on high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or electric leakage.
• When working on high voltage system or related components, make sure that you are familiar and comply with the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings." If you do not comply with the instructions, serious accidents due to electric shock or leakage may occur.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedures.
Power cable [front high voltage junction box - Battery System Assembly (BSA)]
1.Shut off the high voltage circuit.(Refer to Battery Control System (Long Range) - "High Voltage Shut-off Procedures")
2.Remove the front under cover.(Refer to Motor and Reduction Gear System - "Front Under Cover")
3.Disconnect the power cable connector (A) on the front high voltage junction box side.
Power cable [rear high voltage junction box - Battery System Assembly (BSA)]
1.Shut off the high voltage circuit.(Refer to Battery Control System (Long Range) - "High Voltage Shut-off Procedures")
2.Remove the rear seat assembly.(Refer to Body - "Rear Seat Assembly")
3.Remove the cable (A) after disconnecting the Integrated Charge Control Unit (ICCU) connector.
4.Remove the rear under cover.(Refer to Motor and Reduction Gear System - "Rear Under Cover")
5.Separate the cable (A) from the body by disconnecting the ICCU connector.

Power cable [front high voltage junction box - Battery System Assembly (BSA)]
1.Remove the front high voltage junction box.(Refer to High Voltage Distributing System - "Front High Voltage Junction Box")
It cannot separate the power cable individually due to integrated with the front high voltage junction box.
Power cable [rear high voltage junction box - Battery System Assembly (BSA)]
1.Shut off the high voltage circuit.(Refer to Battery Control System (Long Range) - "High Voltage Shut-off Procedures")
