Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
Rear Door Window Glass
1.Remove the rear door trim.(Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")
2.Remove the rear door belt strips (A).[Inside belt strip]
[Outside belt strip]
Clip position :
3.Remove the rear door rear frame garnish.(Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Frame Garnish and Molding")
4.Separate the rear door channel nuts (A) in the direction of the arrow after removing the nuts.
Tightening torque :8.8 - 11.8 N·m (0.9 - 1.2 kgf·m, 6.5 - 8.7 lb·ft)
5.Remove the hole plugs (A) from the rear door module.
6.Lower the glass by operating the power window switch until the glass bolt is exposed in the plug hole.
Be careful not to damage the glass face.
7.Remove the rear door window glass (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque :8.8 - 11.8 N·m (0.9 - 1.2 kgf·m, 6.5 - 8.7 lb·ft)
Rear Door Window Glass Run
1.Remove the rear door window glass.
2.Remove the rear door frame garnish.(Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Frame Garnish and Molding")
3.Remove the front door glass run (A).
