Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
1.Remove the moving glass.(Refer to Wide Sunroof - "Moving Glass")
2.Remove the frame weatherstrip (A).
Installation

1.After removing the double-sided tape remaining on the wide sunroof frame, apply the primer [81685-3S000].
2.After installing the frame weather strip, press the installing area.
3.Install the moving glass.(Refer to Wide Sunroof - "Moving Glass")
• Place the air vent hole (A) in the rear part, and install it in the order of front part → side part → rear part.
• Since the cross-section are not symmetrical, check the inside and outside and then install the frame weatherstrip.
• Since the frame weatherstrip cannot be reused, it must be replaced with a new one when removed or replaced.
Inspection
Repair in case of frame weatherstrip noise generated.
1.Remove the moving glass.(Refer to Wide Sunroof - "Moving Glass")
2.After cleaning the surface of the frame weatherstrip, apply silicone oil thoroughly.
3.Install the moving glass.(Refer to Wide Sunroof - "Moving Glass")
4.After installing the moving glass, check if there is weatherstrip noise.
