Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
1.Remove the front seat assembly.(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")
2.Remove the front pillar trim.(Refer to Interior Trim - "Front Pillar Trim")
3.Remove the center pillar upper trim.(Refer to Interior Trim - "Center Pillar Trim")
4.Remove the rear pillar trim.(Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Pillar Trim")
5.Remove the sunvisor.(Refer to Roof Trim - "Sunvisor")
6.Remove the assist handle.(Refer to Roof Trim - "Assist Handle")
7.Remove the overhead console lamp.(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Overhead Console Lamp")
8.Remove the room lamp.(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Room Lamp")
9.Remove the vanity lamp.(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Vanity Lamp")
10.Remove the multi-sensor blanking cover (A).
11.Remove the multi-sensor cover (A) in the direciton of the arrow.
12.Disconnect the connectors (A).
13.Remove the clip of the front pillar part and disconnect the each connector (A).[Driver]
14.Remove the roof trim assembly (A) after removing the fasteners.
15.Remove the roof trim assembly (A).
