Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
1.Remove the front radar.(Refer to Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) - "Front Radar")
2.Remove the virtual engine sound control unit and speaker.(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Virtual Engine Sound Control Unit and Speaker")
3.Remove the front bumper beam assembly (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque :22.6 - 26.5 N·m (2.3 - 2.7 kgf·m, 16.6 - 19.5 lb·ft)
Installation

1.Install in the reverse order of removal.
• Replace any damaged clip.
• Installation angle inspection/calibration is required when reinstalled after the front radar is removed.(Refer to Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) - "Front Radar")
