Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
1.Disconnect the battery negative ( - ) terminal and the service interlock connector.(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 2WD")(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 4WD")
2.Remove the fender garnish.(Refer to Body Side Molding - "Fender Garnish")
3.Remove the front bumper upper fasteners (A).
4.Remove the front bumper lower fasteners (A).
5.Separate the front side bumper after removing the screw (A) and the fasteners (B).
Be careful not to break the front bumper side snag.
6.Remove the front bumper assembly (A).
Remove the front bumper assembly by grabbing the bottom and sides of the front bumper assembly and pulling it forward.
7.Disconnect the front bumper main connector (A).
Installation

1.Remove the front view camera.(Refer to Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) - "Surround View Monitor (SVM)")
2.Remove the active air flap.(Refer to Cooling System - "Active Air Flab (AAF)")
3.Remove the front bumper wiring harness (A).
4.Remove the front bumper energy absorber (A).
5.Remove the radiator grille upper cover (A) after removing the screws.
6.Remove the radiator grille (A).

7.Remove the front bumper grille (A) after removing the screws.
8.Remove the front bumper upper cover and the front bumper lower cover (A) after removing the screws.
9.Remove the front bumper lower center molding (A) after removing the screws.

10.Remove the front bumper lower side molding (A) after removing the screws.

11.Remove the front bumper lower cover (A) after removing the screws.
12.Remove the front bumper molding assembly screws(A).
13.Remove the front bumper molding assembly (A).
