Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
Interior Antenna 1
1.Remove the front console cover.(Refer to Body - "Front Console Cover")
2.Disconnect the interior antenna 1 connector (A).
3.Remove the interior antenna 1 (A) after removing the screws.
Interior Antenna 2
1.Remove the floor console assembly. (Refer to Body - “Floor Console Assembly”)
2.Remove the interior antenna 2.
(1)Disconnect the interior antenna 2 connector (B).
(2)Remove the interior antenna 2 (A) after removing the screws.
Interior Antenna 3
1.Disconnect the battery negative ( - ) terminal and the service interlock connector.(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 2WD")(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 4WD")
2.Remove the rear transverse trim.(Refer to Body - "Rear Transverse Trim")
3.Disconnect the interior antenna 3 connector (A).
4.Remove the interior antenna 3 (A) after removing the nuts.
Rear Bumper Antenna
[Standard Type]
1.Disconnect the battery negative ( - ) terminal and the service interlock connector.(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 2WD")(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 4WD")
2.Remove the rear bumper assembly.(Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Assembly")
3.Remove the rear bumper antenna connector (A).
4.Remove the rear bumper antenna (A) after removing the screws.
[GT-Line Type]
1.Disconnect the battery negative ( - ) terminal and the service interlock connector.(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 2WD")(Refer to Battery Control System - "Auxiliary 12 V Battery - 4WD")
2.Remove the rear bumper beam assembly.(Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Beam Assembly")
3.Remove the rear bumper antenna (A) after removing the screws.
Front Bumper Beam Antenna (RSPA Type)
RSPA : Remote Smart Parking Assist
1.Remove the front bumper assembly.(Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Assembly")
2.Disconnect the front bumper beam antenna connector (A).
3.Remove the front bumper beam antenna (A) after removing the screws.
Front Door antenna
1.Remove the front door trim.(Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim")
2.Disconnect the front door antenna connector (A).
3.Remove the front door antenna (A) after removing the screws.
Installation
