Removal

   

• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.

• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.

• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.

[Standard]

1.Remove the front seat shield outer cover.(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Outer Cover")

2.Remove the front seat shield inner cover.(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Inner Cover")

3.Remove the front seat headrest (A) after pressing the lock pin.

4.Remove the front seat back board (A) screws.

5.Remove the front seat back board (A) from the bottom in the direction of the arrow.

6.Remove the headrest guides (A).

   

Clip position :

7.Disconnect the connectors (A) connected to the front seat lower.

8.Remove the seat back assembly after removing the seat frame bolts (A).

[Right]

9.Separate the protector (A) from the front seat back frame.

10.Remove the front seat back assembly (A) from the front seat back frame (B).

11.Remove the velcro tape (A) and the hog rings (B) from the inside of the front seat back cover.

   

Be careful not to leave pads, insert wires and velcro.

12.Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat back pad (B).

[Sports]

1.Remove the front seat shield outer cover.(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Outer Cover")

2.Remove the front seat shield inner cover.(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Inner Cover")

3.Separate the front seat lower protector (A).

   

Clip position :

4.Separate the front seat back board covering (A).

5.Disconnect the front seat back heat connector (A).

6.Disconnect the front seat side airbag connector (A).

7.Separate the front seat back protector (A).

   

Clip position :

8.Remove the front seat cover (A).

   

Clip position :

9.Separate the front seat covering hook (A).

10.Remove the front seat back cover assembly (A) from the front seat back frame.

11.Remove the velcro tape (A) and hog rings (B) from the inside of the front seat back cover.

12.Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat back pad (B).

Installation
